Meet Coach Clay Matchett

From being one of the youngest full-time football coaches in the NFL, to co-founding a nationally-recognized healthcare consulting firm, I've now put on a new hat and passion and am personally dedicated to helping others accomplish their dreams.

After finding success early in coaching alongside the elite in the NFL, I decided to pursue a more family oriented lifestyle and partnered with my college roommate, Heath Veuleman, to launch MV Health in a spare bedroom of my house.  MV Health, located in Pineville, quickly grew from a start-up to a 7-figure revenue generating business.  Specializing in regulatory compliance for licensed, certified, and accredited healthcare organizations, MV Health guided the opening of University Medical Center, a $1.2-billion facility and the largest academic medical center in Louisiana, with the cleanest initial survey in the history of the Joint Commission.

Along the way I have been fortunate to have been recognized on both a state and a national level for business and leadership, a 2016 selection to Central Louisiana's The Town Talk Top 20 Under 40, as well as being selected by invitation only to the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council.  In addition to my role at MV Health, I am now devoted to sharing the skills and knowledge that has helped me reach the NFL, discover my passion, and redirect my life to fulfill my personal dreams.
